Yay, finally was able to pick up the new StitchnBitch crochet book. I'm very happy with all the different patterns in it.I started making the lacylady fingerless gloves last night. Finally, I'm posting some pics/specs of the hobo bag I made. I must say, the Paton's Class Wool is NO FAILING and p.e.r.f.e.c.t for felting. It felts so tightly there is zero stitch definition and the fabric is awesome for a bag. This one was exciting as a lady ordered it special made and paid me a nice amount to make it for her too. Well I've been enjoying the time off work for the most part. B is painting a few rooms on the inside of the house, nice "bold" colors. So far it's looking great. One bedroom is burgandy, and the living room will be a medium kinda green. Major change from the complete house done in a light gray which was blinding to the eyes and really not relaxing at all. Here's another little hat and scarf I did up for a g/f's daughter's birthday. Verrrry girly so she loved it.Check out my first ever knitted scarf..I worked on this one bits at a time mostly at coffee breaks. I did a few goofs on it but I can live with them, LOLI used LB Thick & Quick which I got for $4, pattern from yarnband, 10mm knitting needles, 2 skeins used. It's helping with the knitting

Hi everyone,...I'm still catching up on all my blogreading and am pathetically behind on Crochetville though. Didn't help that I had troubleshooting to do at home on the computers and network and cords...finally figured out that the plug on the network cord was screwed. Wierd though because it did work on one laptop but not the others so it took awhile to troubleshoot that. Frustrating as

I missed finding it in Winnipeg, by that bestest of all best shoppers, Kelly found it for me in Ottawa and brought it with her when she came in September.

I don't think I had posted this pic of a little blankie gift one of the student's at work gave me. She's the one I have my weekly Stitch'n'Bitch with. She said she knew I'd be wanting to hide under a blankie to escape the madness when classes started again. I LOVE IT...she knows I collect sheepies.
